Transition to Coyote ID Number: Library Information

In Fall 2007, CSUSB is distributing new Coyote OneCards (campus ID cards) showing the new Coyote ID number. The Coyote ID number will eventually replace the old OneCard barcode number for log-in to library online services.

All OLD student Coyote OneCards have expired and must be replaced, even for printing/copying. Any balance on an old card has been transferred to your new card.

Beginning Sept. 20, 2007:  (first day of Fall classes)

Beginning Dec. 10, 2007: (first day of winter break)

Emeritus faculty may continue using their old barcode numbers for log-ins. However, emeriti who know their new ID number (for example, because they picked up a new Coyote OneCard in order to check out books) can use their new number for log-in.

Our records are currently updated every day at 5 AM. Any changes in your log-in status will not be reflected until the next update.

Special information for returning ILLiad (Interlibrary Loan system) users:

If you log-in to ILLiad with your new Coyote ID number, you will be required to set up a new account. Your old account (based on your OneCard barcode number) will be merged with your new account within a few days, so that you will retain your request history and any outstanding requests.
