The Inland Empire Academic Libraries Cooperative (IEALC)

Inland Empire Academic Libraries Cooperative (IEALC) is an agreement between 20 San Bernardino, Riverside and eastern Los Angeles County libraries. The purpose of the consortium is to facilitate the borrowing of library materials between campuses. Students currently enrolled at any participating institution may use and borrow library materials from any other participating library upon presentation of IEALC cards issued by their home library, and a photo ID/campus ID. CSUSB requires that IEALC card holders also present a copy of their current class schedule.

CSUSB students may apply at the circulation desk for an IEALC library borrowing card good at the following area academic institutions. CSUSB faculty may check out materials from these libraries upon showing faculty ID and a driver's license. Before making the trip to any IEALC library, please call that library's circulation desk to verify their identification requirements.
